Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Eliban Music Studio's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Eliban Music Studio provides:

  • In-person music instruction for Piano, Guitar, Saxophone, and Drums
  • Classes held at our Glenolden, PA studio location
  • Weekly 60-minute sessions
  • Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced level instruction
  • Professional lighting services for events

Registration and Enrollment

Class Registration

  • Students must complete a registration form to enroll in classes
  • Registration does not guarantee immediate enrollment
  • We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm schedule and payment
  • Students under 18 must have parental/guardian consent

Enrollment Confirmation

  • Enrollment is confirmed upon schedule agreement and payment arrangement
  • Class schedules are subject to instructor availability
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes with reasonable notice

Payment Terms

Tuition Fees

  • Monthly tuition ranges from $120-$190 depending on instrument and level
  • Tuition covers 4 weekly 60-minute sessions per month
  • Payment is due on the 1st of each month
  • Late payments may result in class suspension

Payment Methods

  • Online: Credit/debit card via Stripe (secure, automatic monthly billing)
  • In-Person: Cash, check, or card at the studio
  • Payment Plans: Available upon request, contact admin

Refund Policy

  • No refunds for missed classes due to student absence
  • Makeup classes may be available with 24-hour advance notice
  • If we cancel a class, a makeup session will be scheduled or prorated refund issued
  • Monthly tuition is non-refundable after the first class of the month

Cancellation Policy

Student Cancellation

  • Students may cancel enrollment with 30 days written notice
  • Tuition for the current month is non-refundable
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period

Eliban Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel enrollment for non-payment, misconduct, or other valid reasons
  • In such cases, remaining tuition may be prorated

Attendance and Makeup Classes

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes
  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if unable to attend
  • Makeup classes are subject to instructor availability
  • No makeup classes for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours)

Studio Rules

Student Conduct

  • Treat instructors, staff, and other students with respect
  • Arrive on time for scheduled classes
  • Bring required materials (instrument, music books, etc.)
  • Follow instructor guidance during lessons

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely arrival and pickup of minor students
  • Communicate any special needs or concerns to instructors
  • Ensure payment is current
  • Support student practice at home

Liability and Insurance

  • Eliban Music Studio is not responsible for personal injury or property damage on premises
  • Students and parents assume all risks associated with music instruction
  • We maintain general liability insurance for the studio
  • Personal instruments should be covered by personal insurance

Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, lesson plans, and content are property of Eliban Music Studio
  • Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission
  • Student performances and recordings may be used for promotional purposes with consent

Privacy and Data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania.
